AEG Belgium has been involved in the radio industry for over 20 years.



AEG Belgium has delivered large Analogue Radio Networks in Belgium using simulcast technology to allow coverage over a very large area using a very small amount of frequencies. These networks deployed by AEG Belgium are mainly used for voice and data applications but not exclusively. We also offer specific applications that use networks like GPS localisation, Automatic Vehicle Localisation, Data Transmission, Trunking, Dispatching Applications. 

 
AEG Belgium is the market leader in terms of Tetra terminals in Belgium. Having deployed a number of digital networks in Belgium, AEG Belgium has deep knowledge of Tetra and Tetrapol infrastructure. As distributor of EADS terminals (formerly known as Nokia PMR) and official supplier of Astrid customers (through the Open Contract), AEG Belgium has deployed more than 25.000 radios terminals with federal and local security forces, fire brigades, public health services and other customers throughout Belgium. In this context, AEG Belgium manages the only accredited repair centre of EADS terminals in Belgium.


AEG Belgium also develops embarked equipment based on radio technology especially for public transport companies and security services.
